Logans Beach Coastal Village Development Plan (Addendum report - Stages 6 & 7) 

Council has received an Addendum report to the Logans Beach Coastal Village Development Plan approved by Council 2 March 2015. The Addendum report is to be considered under the Development Plan Overlay, Clause 43.04, Schedule 12 (DPO12) of the Warrnambool Planning Scheme.

The Addendum report relates to land on the south side of Hopkins Point Road within the area covered by the existing Logans Beach Coastal Village Development Plan. The land is between Le Couteur Street and Southern Ocean Boulevard to the north of Whale Avenue and is currently vacant. Land is described as Lot 94 (northern part) on PS 808886Y.

Copies of the Development Plan documentation may be viewed during office hours at the Warrnambool Civic Centre, 25 Liebig Street, Warrnambool.  Any comments or submissions on the Development Plan are invited to be received prior to 5.00pm Monday 17 June 2019.

Please note the development plan is not a planning permit application.  Under the provisions of the Development Plan Overlay, any future planning application must be generally in accordance with any endorsed Development Plan and will be exempt from notice and review.  The final consideration of the Development Plan and any submission received will be made at a Council meeting after Monday 17 June 2019.
